The process is quite simple.

Bitterroot Elk Co. does not charge you any fees for this service

We have lived and hunted in Western Montana for over 35 years.

Bitterroot Elk relies on repeat customers from year to year. It is our goal to ensure you enjoy a quality hunt without paying a fortune. It is our mission that our customers book with Bitterroot Elk every year, even though they book with the same Outfitter. As your Consultant and Agent we will monitor the Outfitters and the areas they hunt year round.

	We will ensure our Outfitters adhere to the standards and expectations our customers demand.

Once you have decided to book a hunt in Montana or Idaho, we collect a deposit on your hunt for the Outfitter. Once we receive your information, we will put you in contact with the Outfitter to discuss final travel arrangements, hunt details and forward the necessary documentation regarding State License and Tag applications.

The remainder of your Outfitter Fees are not due until the time of arrival.


	Bitterroot Elk Co. will only book with Outfitters that we have personally investigated. You will notice that we have NO outside banners or advertisements on our site. We appreciate the opportunity to be a part of your hunting experience. You will also see that we do not book the trips to Africa, Alaska, or even Russia like most Agents......Again, we only book with Outfitters and Operations we can trust with our clients !!!!
